Instead of four in Gujarat, there will be night curfew in 20 cities, curfew from 8 pm to 6 am
Government offices in Gujarat will now be closed on all Saturdays instead of the second and fourth Saturdays in April. 50 allowed on the occasion of marriage, not allowed all kinds of political events.
Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has announced that some steps have been taken as per the directions of the Gujarat High Court. So far in Gujarat, curfew was imposed in four cities namely Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot from 9 pm to 6 am the next day. But now instead of four, night curfew will be in force in twenty cities of Gujarat. The curfew has been extended by one hour.
Apart from the eighth corporation of Gujarat, big cities have also been included. The curfew will be enforced from tomorrow from 8 pm to 6 am till April 30. No more than 100 people can attend a wedding from April 10. It has decided to postpone all political and social gatherings till April 30.
Besides Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar and Junagadh will also have curfew from 8 pm to 6 am the next day. Apart from eight metros in Gujarat, curfew will continue in Anand, Nadiad, Mehsana, Morbi, Patan, Godhra, Dahod, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Bharuch, Surendranagar and Amreli from 8 pm to 6 am the next day.

It is up to the doctor to decide whether to admit any patient or not, but arrangements have been made to ensure that not a single patient is left without treatment, said Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. The previous SOP will be implemented to prevent crowds from gathering at APMC.
Referring to the instruction to the Home Department to strictly enforce the law on wearing masks, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that the Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation and the by-elections to one of the assembly seats in Morwahdaf would be conducted as per the SOP of the Election Commission. No more than 50 are allowed in social gatherings. Government offices will be closed on all four Saturdays in April.
