AeroIndianews.com: Sir, you are talking about CSeries business plan. What do you mean by it?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri: We are working to develop c-series commercial aircraft with a capacity of more than 100 seats. The programme has been launched.

AeroIndianews.com: What are the special features of CRJ900, Challenger 300 and Global Express XRS aircraft?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri: CRJ900 is a 90-passenger regional aircraft. Challenger 300 is a mid range business aircraft and Global Express XRS is an ultra long-range business aircraft.

AeroIndianews.com: What is the response of operators towards these three aircraft?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri: Operators are showing high level of interests in aircraft such as CRJ900, CRJ700 and Qseries. They are evaluating the products right now.

AeroIndianews.com:  What are the cost benefits of CRJ200 and Q series?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri:   Compared to other similar aircraft, it is economical in terms of fuel burn and trip cost. Since its turn around distance is very short, most companies prefer it. It is the most productive aircraft. In the Q-series aircraft, Q400 has jet like speed and also has the highest speed among all aircrafts having turboprop engine. The aircraft is very appealing and has the quietest cabin.

AeroIndianews.com: Have you found any potential buyer for the above two products in Indian market?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri: Air Sahara has fleet of seven 50-passenger CRJ200 regional jets, and Indus Air has two CRJ200 aircraft. We are talking with potential buyers right now. In the next few months, you will come to know about it.

AeroIndianews.com:  Do you have any service center in India?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri:  We have field service facility in Delhi. We give our customers training so that they can take care of the flight themselves. We will open a spare parts center in Delhi after evaluating the growth.

AeroIndianews.com:  Where do you find your company in the booming Indian civil aviation market?

Mr. Srinivas Duvvuri: Govt. of India is giving a boost to regional connectivity to the unserved areas. In consistent with the policy, we are trying to provide modern regional jet and turboprop aircraft to Indian operators. We are able to provide economical solution to the operators.
